Our products are made of the highest quality and craftsmanship and we are happy to return all goods that are defective from the factory.
This warranty is only valid for products that are considered defects.
Defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw that is produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.
Defects must be submitted to our customer service staff via email (listed below) or our Contact Us page within fifteen days of the arrival of the item to the customer.

Pur Carbon will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.
Pur Carbon warrants all products applicable against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user consumer. Limited warranty for one-year excludes any wear and tear, water damage and abuse you might put your product through. You must provide proof of purchase by emailing your receipt to us using the Contact Us page on our website. You must also return the damaged product to Pur Carbon. If a valid claim is made during the one-year period, Pur Carbon, at its option, will replace the product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product IS INVALID. Customer is responsible for the incoming and outgoing warranty shipping fees.
