I don’t normally write reviews. But in this case, I am inclined to. I received the Apple AirPods Pro as a gift. I decided to order the matte carbon fiber case. The case, however, was manufactured with the top half not blending into the lower half. I contacted customer service and have been emailing Mike. Needless to say, Mike corrected the problem by sending a return sticker. And promptly send out a replacement. Which was perfect.
